Education director
Gregory Ayres, is a writer and educator who has created curriculum and designed educational outreach programs for dozens of non-profit, NGO and cultural institutions, including The Metropolitan Museum, The Guggenheim, National Actors Theater and The Dream Yard Project.
He has piloted several programs for high school-age youth and served as a consultant and professional development leader for the Department of Education. Gregory has worked under the auspices of the United Nations' Department of Children in Armed Conflict, co-facilitating an international reconciliation project in Bosnia Herzegovina.
He has been teaching in New York City public school classrooms for the past 10 years.
He continues to write, teach and live in Brooklyn and will be launching LoudMouth Press - an independent publishing house - in the Fall of 2009.
